The two Michelin star, 5 AA Rosette Michael Wignall at The Latymer is a premier food experience. Describing his cooking as 'complex, carefully crafted and very technical but not intimidating' Michael's style has familiar classical themes with all flavours staying true to themselves.
You can expect to find dishes of his own creation alongside some old favourites such as his signature 'suckling pig' and 'praline sphere with earl grey pana cotta, caramelised blueberries and liquorice ice cream' dessert.
